Check us on the public registers, not on our word.

Southern Cross Provisions is a registered business name, not a separate company. The company is Austera Global Pty Ltd. Any agreement, invoice or payment is with that company, and it is the company you should search.

• ABN Lookup. Search ABN 41 700 870 275, or open the record directly at the Australian Business Register. The record is active and displays the entity name, the entity type and the ACN, so you can confirm the company name against what is written here.
• ASIC. Search ACN 700 870 275 on the ASIC company register for the company's registration date, status and registered office. Searching the business name Southern Cross Provisions on the ASIC business names register will return the same company as the holder.
• The producer. The most useful check is not about us. The Australian producer you would be buying from is a named business with its own ABN, and you should check it independently. We are not the seller.
• A phone call. Andrew is reachable by email before anything is signed. A business that will not take a call before a contract is a business to be careful with.

Austera Global Pty Ltd operates a second agency, Austera Global, an industrial and mining supply agency run by the same company, ACN 700 870 275. Same entity, same ACN and ABN, same principal, different market. We mention it here rather than leave you to discover two Australian agencies with the same registered office and wonder what the relationship is. It is one company with two trading fronts, and nothing on either site describes a separate business.

Registration proves a company exists. It does not prove competence, solvency, insurance or a track record, and it would be dishonest to present it as though it does.
