When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you provide: your name, your email address, and optionally your company, your country, whether you are a producer or a buyer, and your message. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver and secure the site, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We use your enquiry solely to reply to you and to follow up about a possible introduction between a producer and a buyer. If we make such an introduction, we will share your details with the other party only in order to make it, and only with your knowledge. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Google Workspace, and the website is hosted and secured by Cloudflare. Both process the information on our behalf in order to operate the service, and both may store it outside Australia.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing introduction. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Southern Cross Provisions is a registered business name of Austera Global Pty Ltd, ACN 700 870 275, ABN 41 700 870 275, of Shop 2/290 Boundary St, Spring Hill QLD 4000. The company is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
