For international importers and distributors

One disclosed channel into Australian food, at the producer's own price.

If you import premium food, the Australian market is frustrating to buy from at small scale. There are thousands of small producers, most of them are not export ready, very few answer an overseas email quickly, and the ones who do are hard to find from the outside. That is the problem we exist to solve, and this is exactly how we are paid for solving it.

We hold no buyer contract, no producer under signed agreement and no stock, and we have not completed a shipment. This describes the service, not a track record.

What we are, precisely

A disclosed sales agent for Australian producers. That means the producer, not us, is the seller and the exporter of record. You contract with them, you are invoiced by them, you pay them, and you have direct recourse to them on quality and specification. We are paid a commission by the producer, out of the price the producer set, and we tell you so on the first email.

The practical consequence for you is that buying through us costs nothing more than buying direct. There is no margin stacked on the product, no hidden fee inside the price, and no charge to you of any kind. If you can find the same producer yourself and negotiate the same price, you would pay the same number. What we are offering is that you do not have to.

What you get

One curated channel

A single, disclosed point of contact for premium Australian food exports, instead of chasing dozens of producers directly.

No margin added

As a disclosed commission agent we add no markup. Buying through us costs no more than buying direct.

Direct producer relationships

You transact with the producer, who remains the seller. We make the introduction and help it run smoothly.

Premium, considered categories

Australian honey, native bush foods and botanicals, and gourmet pantry lines, chosen for quality, not volume.

What we will and will not do

We will find and approach producers who match a real requirement, tell you honestly whether a producer can support your volume and schedule, get samples and specification sheets moving without the ten day gaps that kill enquiries, and stay reachable while the relationship establishes itself.

We will not quote a price a producer has not given us, describe a producer as appointed or represented before an agreement exists, claim a volume nobody has confirmed, or hold stock. We also cannot act as the seller, clear goods, register a product in your market or issue a certificate, and we carry no insurance, so nothing about this arrangement should be structured on the assumption that we could absorb a commercial loss.

What we will ask you for

Enough to be sure the requirement is real before we spend a small producer's time on it. The product and specification, an indicative volume and reorder frequency, your route to market, your import licences or the broker who holds them, your payment terms, and your timing. That is set out in full, with the reasoning behind each question, on the checks we run before an introduction.

None of it is a hurdle for its own sake. A producer who ships samples to a buyer who was never going to order has paid for our optimism, and we would rather not do that to them.

What we can offer

Honey with a named floral source, native bush foods and botanicals for chefs and manufacturers, and gourmet pantry lines for retail and hospitality. The specifics of each, including the export requirements that shape what is realistic, are on what we take to market. The producer's view of the same arrangement, so you can see there is nothing different being said on the other side, is on Australian producers and suppliers.

Why deal with a new agency

Because your downside is small and legible. You are not paying us, you are not committing to anything, and you end up in a direct relationship with a named Australian producer you can check on the public registers yourself. If we are useless you have lost an email exchange. If we are useful you have a supplier you did not have.

Everything we do not yet have, including insurance, certifications and any completed transaction, is listed in the trust centre. We would rather you read it than find it.

Closed register

Registered buyer access

Full specifications, honest harvest timing, documentation status and first call on short season produce. None of it is published to the open web, because it belongs to the producers who paid for it.

  • Read by Andrew personally, answered either way, usually within a working day.
  • No cost, and we are never paid by a buyer, so nothing is being sold to you.
  • One page, four questions. We are working out whether we can be useful to you.

Start a conversation. No obligation.

Tell us whether you are a producer or a buyer and what you work with, and you will get a straight answer from Andrew rather than a brochure. If we are not the right fit we will say so.
