Where we stand

Every claim on this site, checkable in three minutes.

This is the page most businesses do not write. Everything on it is something you would establish within a few minutes of checking anyway, so the only question is whether you hear it from us or find it yourself. You should hear it from us, and that includes the parts that count against us.

The position, as at 30 July 2026

Legal entity
Austera Global Pty Ltd, ACN 700 870 275, ABN 41 700 870 275. Registered with ASIC 29 July 2026, business name registered 30 July 2026. Both numbers are searchable
How a transaction works
The producer is the seller and the exporter of record, invoices the buyer directly and is paid directly. We never take title, never hold stock and never receive the buyer’s money
How we are paid
Commission from the producer, only once the order has shipped and the producer has been paid in cleared funds. Nothing up front, no retainer, non-exclusive
Completed shipments
None yet. We have not shipped for a producer
Producers under signed agreement
None yet. Several conversations are underway
Buyers under contract
None yet. We are opening the channel now
Insurance
None in force. No professional indemnity or public liability cover, and our terms say so
Certifications
None held by us. Certification attaches to the producer and travels with their goods, which is where a buyer’s approval process looks for it
What is verifiable today
ACN 700 870 275 and ABN 41 700 870 275, both on the public registers

Said plainly, without the table

What exists is a registered Australian company, Austera Global Pty Ltd, ACN 700 870 275 and ABN 41 700 870 275, both searchable on the public registers, a business name registered to it, a registered office, a named principal who answers the phone, and a model with its terms published in full. The producer stays the seller and the exporter of record, is paid directly by the buyer, and we never take title, hold stock or receive the buyers money.

What does not exist yet is a completed shipment. No producer has signed an agreement with us and no buyer is under contract. There are conversations underway with interested producers, and interest is not a signature, so we do not describe them as ours. There is no insurance in force, which our terms state rather than leave you to discover.

Why this page exists

On 29 July 2026 a producer we were speaking to found an inconsistency between this site and austeraglobal.com, which describe the same legal entity. They were right and we were wrong, and it came close to ending the relationship before it started. Losing a first producer over a claim that did not need to be made is a cheap lesson at that price, and this page is what came out of it.

There is a colder argument for it too. A counterparty who has already read the worst of it has nothing left to find. Every subsequent check confirms what we said instead of contradicting it, and that is worth more to a new business than any claim we could have invented.

What it means for the risk you are taking

For a producer: you are not paying us anything, you are not committing to anything, you keep every channel you have, you set every price, and you remain the seller. The realistic worst case is that you spent some time and posted some samples. What you cannot do is treat us as a party with the balance sheet or the insurance to absorb a commercial loss, because we have neither.

For a buyer: you contract with the Australian producer, not with us, so your recourse on quality and specification is against a real trading business you can check independently. We add nothing to the price and take nothing from you. What we cannot be is a guarantor of the producer's performance.

When this page changes

When a fact changes, and not before. The first shipment, the first signed producer, insurance being taken out, GST registration: each of those will be recorded here on the day it becomes true, and on austeraglobal.com in the same sitting, because both sites describe one company. Nothing here will be softened while it is still accurate.

The registration details and the searches that confirm them are on verify the entity on the public registers, and the rest of this section is indexed in the trust centre.
